Job description:

Job Summary

The Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving calls to customers or prospects to promote products/services, generate leads, resolve queries, and support sales or customer service goals. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads

- Answer inbound calls and address customer queries or complaints

- Explain products, services, and offers clearly to customers

- Persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments/meetings

- Maintain and update call records, customer details, and follow-up status in CRM or registers

-Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

- Follow up with leads that haven't converted yet

- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or senior staff

- Maintain a polite, qualified, and patient tone in every interaction

- Adhere to scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies during calls

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills (in relevant language(s), ., Hindi/English)

Good listening skills and ability to handle objections

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)





Patience and ability to handle rejection or difficult customers

Time management and multitasking ability

Persuasive and confident speaking style

Qualifications

Minimum: 10th/12th pass or Graduate (depending on company requirement)

Prior experience in telecalling/telesales/customer service preferred , Female Candidate preferred.

Comfortable working with call scripts and targets
