We're Hiring | Advocates (Lower Courts & Calcutta High Court)n

Kshetry & Co. is expanding its litigation team and is inviting applications from dedicated Advocates with a passion for litigation. n

Experience: 5+ years (Minimum 5 years of independent court practice)n

Eligibility: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council. n

Courts: Calcutta High Court, Bankshall Court, Sealdah Court, Alipore Court, Barasat Court, Barrackpore Court, other nearby district/lower courts n

Experience Required In: Writ Petitions, CRR, CRM, CO, PIL, Police inaction matters, lower coirt petitions drafting, Other Civil and Criminal matters before the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court and other Courts & Tribunals. n

Responsibilities: n

- Court appearances and matter handling
n
- Moving matters and advancing proceedings
n
- Civil and Criminal litigation
n
- Drafting petitions, applications, affidavits, and legal notices
n
- Case preparation and client coordination
n
- Conducting arguments before the courts
n




- Drafting and vetting petitions
n
- Matter moving and court appearances
n
- Legal research and case strategy
n
- Briefing senior counsel where required
n
- Conducting hearings and arguments n

n

(Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, knowledge, and court performance.)n

Essential Skills n
n

n
- Strong knowledge of court procedures and litigation practice
n
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills
n
- Ability to independently prepare and conduct cases
n
- Qualified communication and commitment to deadlines
n
- Experience in handling matters from filing to final disposal n
