- Bachelor's degree / MBA in Procurement, Supply Chain, or other related function from a top University
- Procurement Process, Governance, Compliance and Assurance Lead
- 1-4 years in a Procurement / modification of global procurement policy within a large / diverse org
- 3+ years of experience managing procurement in various domain (Category, Operations)
- Experience in Application Engineering, Power Electronics design/Embedded system Knowledge
- Proven success in managing distributed, global teams
- Hybrid: expecting 3 to 4 days in office / week
