Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive functional and technical solution design across the ServiceNow domain
n
- Translate business and IT requirements into ServiceNow solutions aligned to OOTB capabilities and architectural standards
n
- Provide architectural oversight across solutioning and development activities
n
- Work with enterprise architects, solution architects, and domain SMEs to shape implementation epics and delivery plans
n
- Support Agile planning activities and guide squads with technical direction and platform expertise
n

Skills Required:

n

n
- 14+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow architecture and platform delivery
n




- Robust hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, especially in CSM or TSM environments
n
- Proven background as an IT architect in a telecom context
n
- Ability to design scalable platform solutions and evaluate impact across connected systems
n
- Experience working with ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise integration scenarios
n

Good to Have:

n

n
- Experience with Waterfall delivery methodology
n
- Experience with Agile methodology
n

n

Education: Master's degree in IT, Telecom, or equivalent experience
