Job Summary

n

Midnapore Scan Centre Private Limited is seeking an experienced Consultant Radiologist to perform and interpret diagnostic imaging examinations accurately. The candidate will provide expert radiological opinions, ensure high-quality reporting, and collaborate with referring physicians to support effective diagnosis and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Interpret and report imaging studies, including X-rays, ultrasound, CT scans, and MRI scans.
n
- Perform image-guided diagnostic procedures, wherever required.
n
- Prepare accurate, comprehensive, and timely radiology reports.
n
- Consult with physicians and specialists regarding imaging findings and diagnoses.
n
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and radiation protection.
n
- Ensure compliance with applicable medical protocols and regulatory requirements.
n




- Guide radiology technicians and support staff on imaging procedures and quality standards.
n
- Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and multidisciplinary consultations.
n
- Maintain proper patient records and confidentiality.
n

Eligibility Criteria

n

n
- Educational Qualification: MBBS with MD in Radiodiagnosis/Radiology, DNB in Radiology, or DMRD.
n
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Radiologist.
n
- Valid registration with the Medical Council/National Medical Commission or the applicable State Medical Council.
n
- Solid diagnostic, analytical, and clinical decision-making abilities.
n
- Excellent reporting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume diagnostic workload.
n

Preferred Candidate Profile

n

Candidates with hands-on expertise in CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray reporting, and image-guided procedures will be preferred. The applicant should demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, patient sensitivity, and a strong commitment to clinical excellence.
