Qualification and Experience:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Oracle EBS and Fusion SCM Functional Consultant.

- Proven track record of successful EBS and Fusion SCM module implementations.

- Deep understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion SCM modules including but not limited to Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing.

- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle SCM applications.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and PaaS solutions is a plus.

Bachelor degree in Comp. Sc, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skill Set Required:

Implementation and Support:

- Lead the implementation of Oracle EBS and Fusion SCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for EBS and Fusion SCM modules.

- Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules.

Business Process Analysis:

- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and recommend solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.





Solution Design and Development:

- Design and develop functional specifications for SCM solutions.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of customizations and integrations.

Training and Documentation:

- Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and support teams.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and business processes.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle EBS and Fusion SCM.

- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in SCM processes.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid project management skills.
Certifications in Oracle EBS and/or Fusion SCM.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of other Oracle modules such as Financials or HCM.
