Shall work in 3 shifts and availability based on the need.

Trouble shooting and addressing all electrical related break downs.

Should have sound knowledge of diagnosis & troubleshooting of CNC, VMC

PLC based welding, Hydraulic testing, and SPM machines.

Should have good knowledge about Fanuc CNC & Fanuc Robots.

Should have good knowledge in ladder programming & troubleshooting in

Siemens, Mitsubishi, Fanuc PLC.

Should have good knowledge in programming & troubleshooting in Proface,

Mitsubishi, Siemens HMI.

Should have knowledge about servo drives & VFD.

Should be able to understand & troubleshoot the Relay based circuit.

Should have positive knowledge of Hydraulic & pneumatic system.

Should be able to take appropriate countermeasure for repetitive

breakdown.





Able to handle the machine’s parts disassemble & after repair get it Assemble

in machine.

Should have good knowledge to read and understand the electrical drawings.

Proficient in preventive maintenance planning, Scheduling & implementation

for upkeep of equipment.

Machines Uptime improvement through KAIZEN or modification in machine.

Improve MTTR and MTBF of all equipment in the plant through continuous

improvements.

Should have knowledge of spare part management.

Training and development of maintenance team member including.

Should have knowledge about root cause analysis and why-why analysis.

Should have able to coordinate with vendor and arrange the part.
