- Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST / 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)

Responsibilities

- Support recruitment activities for candidates in Canada.

- Screen candidates through calls, emails, and messages.

- Coordinate onboarding and hiring activities.

- Maintain recruitment records in Workday.

- Deliver a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

- French C1 (or equivalent certification).

- 2.5+ years of French language experience.

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities.
