Hiring: Chartered Accountant

nWe are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Chartered Accountant to become the Finance Partner to the Founder, not just an accountant.
n
nThis role is for someone who can take complete ownership of finance, build robust systems and controls, and simplify the founder’s life by managing the finance function independently.
n
nKey Responsibilities
n
n* Complete accounting and financial management of the Private Limited company.
n* GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and all statutory compliances.
n* Company accounting, financial statements and bookkeeping.
n* Income Tax Returns for the company, promoters and family members.
n* Tax planning and tax-efficient financial structuring.
n* Payroll processing and statutory compliance.
n* MIS reporting,



cash flow management and financial analysis.
n* Build SOPs, improve accounting processes and strengthen internal financial controls.
n* Coordinate with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
n
nIdeal Candidate
n
n* Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of relevant experience.
n* Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, Audit, Payroll and ROC compliances.
n* Experience working with a Private Limited Company.
n* High ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
n
