About The Role
The Senior Executive, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;), will support the design and implementation of M&E; frameworks across social impact projects. Guided by senior team members, you will execute data collection, perform analyses,
and ensure adherence to data quality standards. This role offers excellent growth prospects for M&E; professionals advancing their careers in the social development sector.
Requirements
M&E; Framework Development & Tool Creation
Write inception reports and develop comprehensive M&E; frameworks for social impact projects
Design and develop data collection tools, instruments, and survey questionnaires
Create logical frameworks, theory of change models, and result measurement matrices
Develop standard operating procedures for data collection and quality assurance
Field Team Leadership & Data Collection Management
Lead and coordinate field teams during data collection activities
Provide training to field staff on M&E; methodologies, tools, and data collection protocols
Monitor and supervise field operations to ensure data quality and adherence to timelines
Conduct field visits to oversee data collection and provide on-ground
