The Implementation Analyst supports the successful delivery of HR and payroll implementation and integration projects for global clients. The role involves managing onboarding activities, data mapping, system configuration, testing, issue resolution,
and post-go-live support. The position works closely with clients, internal project teams, and local offices to ensure seamless implementation of HR and payroll solutions across multiple countries and entities.
Implementation & Integration
Manage client onboarding and data mapping activities independently.
Own end-to-end data mapping for assigned countries and entities.
Configure platforms such as Optix and integration connectors.
Support HR and payroll system implementation and migration projects.
Assist in rolling out current integrations, features, and functionality to clients.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and parallel testing activities.
Validate data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Log, track, and follow up on defects and integration issues.
Provide support during hypercare and post-go-live phases.
