Role Purpose Statement:

The Cloud Platform Manager is a critical leadership role within Bunge's Global IT organization. You will lead and inspire a team of talented cloud engineers responsible for building, operating, and continuously evolving Bunge's next-generation Cloud Platform. This platform serves as the foundation for enterprise applications, data, AI, and digital capabilities, enabling secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions across the company.
In this role, you will drive the adoption of cloud engineering best practices, platform automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and platform-as-a-product principles. You will empower application and product teams through self-service capabilities, standardized cloud services,



and reusable engineering patterns that accelerate innovation while maintaining governance, security, operational excellence, and cost efficiency.
This role requires a strategic thinker with robust technical expertise and a passion for building high-performing engineering teams. You will navigate the challenges of a complex global workplace while capitalizing on opportunities to leverage contemporary cloud technologies, automation, and engineering practices to transform Bunge's technology landscape and support its cloud-first strategy. This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and continuous improvement of the enterprise cloud platform that powers Bunge's digital transformation initiatives.
