Job Description:
Attend customers at the showroom and understand their requirements.
Explain products, features, pricing, and offers clearly.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Follow up with customers through phone and WhatsApp.
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the installation and operations team to ensure smooth order completion.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, sales, and customer follow-ups.
Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly attitude and confidence in sales.
Basic computer knowledge.
Malayalam is compulsory; English is preferred.
Previous showroom/sales experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with a solid interest in sales are welcome.
