n Role Description

nWe are looking for a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our partnerships ecosystem. This is a full time, hybrid role based in Mumbai .
nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business prospects, building and managing client relationships, and leading end-to-end sales efforts — from prospecting to closure.



You will play a key role in shaping how brands engage with culture through Crowd Control’s offerings.
nKey responsibilities include:

Driving recent business development and revenue growthn
Building and nurturing strong client relationships across industriesn
Leading sales pitches, presentations, and proposal developmentn
Managing and optimising the sales pipelinen
Identifying market trends and translating them into actionable prospectsn
Collaborating with internal teams (strategy, content, partnerships) to deliver integrated solutionsn
Meeting and exceeding defined sales targetsn

n Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within creative agencies, media, or brand partnershipsn
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and grow accounts n
Strong understanding of culture-led marketing across music, fashion, sports, and
