MBA / CA/ CAIIB
Should have sales orientation
Leadership skills(Though more tactical than strategic).
Currently working as Branch Manager
Min team Size should be 6 person
Current Branch Casa 30 to 50 CR+.
Not Required Small branch BM or who is taking care of 2 Main Branch.
Grade: M4/M5
