Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers , providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team is effective and cohesive.
Manage the DevOps pipeline , ensuring the integration, delivery, and deployment processes are effective and well-structured.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the DevOps team.
Oversee team workflows, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Infrastructure Automation:
Drive the automation of infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform , Ansible , Chef , or Puppet .
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for the provisioning and management of cloud resources (e.g., AWS , Azure , GCP ).
Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud infrastructure and applications through automation and productive resource management.
CI/CD Pipeline Management:
Design, implement, and maintain a robust Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD)



pipeline to automate the build, testing, and deployment of applications.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure that code is tested and deployed seamlessly and quickly through the pipeline.
Optimize the CI/CD process, ensuring that the system is effective, secure, and capable of handling scaling requirements.
Cloud Infrastructure & Systems Management:
Oversee cloud environments (e.g., AWS , Azure , GCP ) to ensure efficient resource utilization, cost optimization, and reliability.
Configure, deploy, and manage containerized environments (e.g., Docker , Kubernetes ) and ensure smooth orchestration of microservices.
Manage cloud security and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud infrastructure.
Monitoring, Performance, and Reliability:
Implement monitoring and alerting systems to track infrastructure and application performance using tools like Prometheu
