Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Work closely with stakeholders (operations, logistics, supply chain teams) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for LIMS solutions.
Develop detailed business requirements, process flows, and system specifications for inventory management and logistics processes.
Identify prospects for system improvements and provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance and cost-efficiency.
Inventory & Logistics Optimization:
Analyze existing inventory management practices and workflows to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
Recommend process improvements or automation tools to optimize the management of airline parts, equipment, and inventory.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure inventory levels meet demand, reduce excess stock, and prevent stockouts.
System Design & Integration:
Work with IT teams to design, configure, and optimize the LIMS system to meet business needs.
Ensure seamless integration of the LIMS system with other business systems, such as ERP, Maintenance,



and Procurement systems.
Support in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring the LIMS system supports logistics, procurement, and supply chain goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and report on inventory and logistics data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs related to inventory turnover, stock levels, procurement cycles, and operational efficiency.
Provide detailed reports on inventory status, trends, and supply chain performance to senior management.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for current or updated LIMS features.
Ensure that LIMS solutions are working effectively and meet the business requirements before deployment.
