Accounts Manager – MIS & Costing

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager – MIS & Costing for a leading manufacturing organization. This is a core Accounts & Finance role requiring solid experience in manufacturing finance, costing, MIS, ERP, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Manage product costing, standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost analysis.
Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and business performance reports for leadership.
Perform variance analysis and support business decisions with meaningful financial insights.
Monitor inventory accounting, stock valuation, ageing analysis, and cost allocation.
Manage month-end closing, General Ledger reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Work closely with Production, Stores, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate cost capture and inventory accounting.




Support statutory, internal, and cost audits.
Drive reporting automation and process improvements using ERP, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.

Desired Skills
8–10 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance.
Solid hands-on experience in Product Costing and Standard Costing.
Good understanding of Inventory Accounting and Variance Analysis.
Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Robust knowledge of MIS Reporting and Financial Analysis.
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Dashboards).
Exposure to Power BI will be an added advantage.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com
CA Inter / CMA (ICWA) Inter preferred
