Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, production, quality, sales, and support roles.
Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and HR recruitment consulting companies.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
Drive campus hiring initiatives.
Maintain recruitment MIS and compliance.

Solid verbal and written communication skills are mandatory, as the role involves regular coordination with the headquarters team based in Luxembourg and other international stakeholders.

Full-time MBA in HR (Mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering hiring (Mandatory)
