nRole Description
nWe are seeking an experienced Architect for a full time, in office role located in Pune. As an Architect at Vastushaili, you will oversee the design, development, and execution of architectural projects, from initial concept to completion. Daily responsibilities will include planning, creating architectural designs, collaborating with clients and consultants, ensuring adherence to timelines,



and managing projects effectively. This role also involves integrating advanced design techniques to deliver innovative and functional solutions.

Proficiency in Architectural Design and an in-depth understanding of building codes, standards, and construction frameworksn
Robust Project Management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverablesn
Expertise in Architecture and experience integrating technical solutionsn
Knowledge of software relevant to architectural design tools and platformsn
Effective communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultantsn
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related fieldn
Familiarity with 3D visualization software and tools is an added advantagen
Experience in urban development and cutting-edge design approaches
