Job Role:
nExperienced qualified with robust expertise in TPM & Lean Systems across FMCG & Process Industries. This role is for a Manufacturing Excellence person responsible for driving Lean transformation, continuous improvement, and strategic execution across multiple manufacturing units. The position requires a seasoned change agent with good expertise in TPM, Lean systems, Six Sigma and cross-functional leadership. As a key driver of operational performance, this role will lead the deployment of Excellence strategies, standardize CI tools and templates, and oversee high-impact initiatives in QCD by low-cost automations, Cutting-edge Kaizen Mindset, and debottlenecking

nEducational Qualifications:
nGraduation or Masters degree in Mechanical / Electrical or related field. Certification in Lean Systems & Six Sigma will be preferred.
nIndustry & Experience:
n5+ years of experience in Consumer Goods or a similar process industry.
