N n Role Summary
NLifeStyles Healthcare is seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic infrastructure, manufacturing, equipment, and environmental sustainability projects across its global manufacturing network.
N nThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex capital projects involving plant infrastructure upgrades, machinery installation and commissioning, manufacturing expansion initiatives, environmental compliance projects, and operational transformation programmes.
N nThis role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and Global Project teams to ensure successful project delivery across multiple sites and regions.
N nThe ideal candidate will have significant experience within Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Healthcare,



or other regulated manufacturing industries , with a proven track record of delivering large-scale engineering and operational transformation projects.

Lead end-to-end execution of infrastructure, equipment, and manufacturing transformation projects. N
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality requirements, and resource allocation. N
Ensure project deliveryaligns with business objectives, regulatory standards, and operational requirements. N
Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement activities. N

n n Infrastructure & Capital Projects

Manage facility expansion, plant upgrades, utilities enhancement, and manufacturing infrastructure projects. N
Oversee installation, relocation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment and machinery. N
Coordinate with engineering contractors, vendors, consulta
