Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from a recognized institutionn




8–12 years of experience in real estate development or architectural consultancy with robust responsibility for drawing vetting, coordination, and site executionn
Hands-on experience coordinating Architectural, Structural, and MEP consultantsn
Experience working on residential or luxury real estate projectsn
Solid knowledge of GFC/working drawings, construction detailing, and design coordinationn
Proven attention to detail with ability to identify errors and discrepancies in drawings before they reach siten
Experience conducting site visits to verify construction against approved drawings and specificationsn
