We are seeking a Tele Caller to join our team at Shree Sai Developers. This role focuses on speaking with potential clients about our real estate offerings and driving recent business prospects.
Key responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss real estate listings.
Present property details and answer client queries.
Collect and record client information in the CRM system.
Schedule site visits and follow-up appointments.
Meet daily and monthly call volume targets.
Maintain a skilled and courteous tone at all times.
Required qualifications
Excellent communication and speaking skills.
No prior experience required; freshers welcome.
Basic computer literacy and comfortable using CRM tools.
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Nice to have
Knowledge of local real estate market.
Previous telecalling or sales experience.
