Role and Responsibilities: We are looking for an enterprising Partnerships and Growth Manager who is passionate about improving the mental health infrastructure of the country. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a energetic environment.
The candidate will work closely with the leadership team and own B2B growth and partnership initiatives end-to-end. The role will include: Lead the ideation, strategy, planning, and execution of partnerships and collaborations with corporates, NGOs, governmental institutions, hospitals and other clinical establishments(CNS); Representing Mann Talks at external events, workshops, and meetings; Tracking relevant metrics, conversion, analysing impact; Performing any other tasks assigned by the leadership team.
Desirous Candidates Must Have: 5+ years of relevant work experience in closing B2B partnerships, growing collaborations, or similar roles; Passion for mental health; Robust ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects and outcomes; Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; Ability to think strategically while executing on-ground initiatives in a fast-paced setting; Willingness to travel as required for outreach activities. Educational Qualification: Science graduates or other any graduate with relevant experience. Budget – 10 - 12LPA+ Travel Allowances.
