Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with Strategic Sourcing Managers, Functional Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
Monitor and analyze monthly Direct and Indirect spend performance, providing timely insights on cost drivers and trends.
Support month-end close activities, including preparation, validation, and distribution of financial reports and dashboards.
Perform variance analysis and identify significant spending fluctuations, risks,



opportunities, and unusual transactions.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational initiatives and incorporate them into financial analysis and reporting.
Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, scorecards, and management summaries to stakeholders.
Drive process standardization and governance across business units to improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
Identify and execute automation and continuous improvement opportunities to streamline finance processes and enhance productivity.
Support budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plan (AOP), and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions
