Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partnersn
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone callsn
Manage the front desk and maintain a qualified reception environmentn
Handle visitor inquiries and maintain visitor records/logsn
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting room schedulesn
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packagesn
Support basic administrative and clerical tasksn
Liaise with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operationsn
Ensure a neat, organised, and presentable office and studion
Deliver a courteous and skilled customer experience at all timesn

Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and team members.n
Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties and Front Office skills to manage the reception area, appointments, calls, and visitor management.n
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.n
Relevant experience in front office, administration, or operations support, preferably in a creative, media, or corporate workplace.n
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work in a fast-paced studio setting.n
Comfort with basic office software and communication tools; familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools is an adva
