N About the Role
N nThe Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for Adults, children and adolescents. The role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, special educators, pediatricians, and psychiatrists to ensure holistic care.

A. Psychological Assessment N
Conduct comprehensive psycho-diagnostic evaluations using standardized and culturally appropriate tools. N
Assess developmental, cognitive, behavioral, emotional, adaptive, and social functioning. N
Administer and interpret psychometric assessments such as:

Prepare detailed psychological and psycho-educational assessment reports. N

B. Diagnosis and Case Formulation N
Provide DSM-5-TR and ICD-11 based diagnoses. N
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to individualized intervention plans. N
Assist in disability certification and documentation as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016. N

Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions, including: N
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) N
Behavior Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles N
Parent Management Training (PMT) N
