Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure consistent adherence to cleaning standards, safety protocols, and company policies
Conduct regular quality inspections of all areas to verify cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with organizational standards
Manage daily housekeeping operations, including task assignments, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
Maintain accurate inventory records of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials; coordinate procurement as needed




Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, implementing corrective actions promptly
Collaborate with other departments (front desk, maintenance, management) to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences
Develop and implement customized training programs to enhance staff skills, performance, and career development prospects
Monitor and analyze housekeeping metrics, including turnaround times and quality scores, to identify improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all housekeeping operations
Prepare detailed reports on departmental performance, staffing, and operational challenges for management review
Foster an inclusive, supportive team workplace that encourages open communication and continuous improvement
