Background preference is in Print, Radio, or Activation Sales. FMCG , Telecom and Manufacturing can be considered. n
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience is required. n

Expertise in Print with added exposure to Digital, OOH, and BTLn
Ability to build and sell integrated marketing solutionsn

n Experience: 15+ years (7+ years in Print / Radio / BTL)
n Qualification: PGDBM (Full Time/Part Time) / Graduation (BSc preferred)
n To lead the Goa sub-office with a team size of 5 and drive revenue growth by delivering print-led and 360° integrated marketing solutions , while building a robust pipeline, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring consistent target achievement.

Own and deliver monthly, quarterly,



and annual AOP targetsn
Ensure solid pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and deal closuresn
Client & Market Development n
Acquire current clients and grow existing accountsn
Identify new sectors and unlock revenue opportunitiesn
Activation n
Develop new on-ground activation ideas tailored to the Goa marketn
Launch innovative properties to enhance revenue streamsn
Team Leadership n
Lead and mentor the team to drive performance and accountabilityn
Build a strong, result-oriented sales culturen
Operations & Collections n
Ensure seamless campaign execution through cross-functional coordinationn
Maintain control on receivables and improve collection efficiencyn
