Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability across multiple locations in the gold/jewellery/financial services/retail industry.
Operations Management:
Oversee multi-location operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage large teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Revenue Growth:
Drive significant revenue growth, with a focus on achieving double-digit growth year-over-year.
Financial Oversight:
Manage P&L; at the state level, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and customer behavior in the gold/jewellery sector to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate degree; MBA preferred,



with robust business acumen.
Experience:
10 to 15 years of proven experience in the gold/jewellery/financial services/retail industry, particularly in handling multi-location operations.
Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in managing large teams and scaling business revenue significantly.
