Position: HR Recruiter
Industry: IT & Cyber Security Training
Location: Thane (Naupada)
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and other channels to source potential candidates.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Handle the complete recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Resume Screening:
Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Initial Screening:
Conduct preliminary HR screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Qualifications:




Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT and Non-IT sectors.
Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple requisitions.
