We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Commis 1 to join our agile culinary team in Visakhapatnam, India. As a Commis 1, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, supporting our chefs in preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Prepare and service all food items for à la carte and buffet menus according to established recipes and organizational standards
Maintain proper rotation of products in all chillers and storage areas to minimize wastage and spoilage
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment to meet health and safety requirements
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages,



demonstrating responsibility and attention to detail
Support fellow team members in a collaborative manner, actively contributing to a positive kitchen workplace
Actively share ideas, opinions, and suggestions during daily shift briefings to drive continuous improvement
Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate and complete, maintaining organized inventory records
Develop comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions to support service excellence
Remain calm and courteous while working under pressure, prioritizing guest satisfaction and quality outcomes
Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a goal-oriented approach to your role
