n Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US healthcare clients.n
Assist members with insurance benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing-related queries.n
Provide accurate information while maintaining quality and compliance standards.n
Document customer interactions in the system.n
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.n

n Eligibility:
n
n
Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility).n
Excellent English communication skills.n
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.n




Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts.n
Customer service experience in BPO is preferred; freshers with solid communication skills may also apply.n
