We're Hiring | Assistant Manager / Manager – Building Maintenance

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 10–12 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day building maintenance and engineering operations.
Oversee electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, utilities, DG, UPS, HT/LT and related systems.
Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Manage AMCs, OEMs, contractors, vendors and technical teams.
Ensure compliance with electrical, fire & life-safety and statutory requirements.
Monitor utilities, maintenance costs and asset performance.
Maintain engineering documentation, asset registers and maintenance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
Identify recurring issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Ideal Candidate:
10–12 years of experience in building maintenance/engineering operations,



preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and fire & life-safety systems.
Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Solid vendor, AMC and technical team management skills.
Good understanding of statutory compliance, safety and utility management.
Exposure to BMS/CMMS will be an advantage.
Comfortable working in a 24×7 operational environment and responding to critical facility requirements.

This is a Delhi-based corporate role with travel to other project sites across India, as required.
