JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description – Instrumentation Design Engineer

Location: Pune

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation

Industry: EPC / Water & Wastewater / Process Plants

Responsibilities
Execute Instrumentation Detailed Engineering for industrial and water treatment projects.
Prepare Instrument Index, I/O Lists, Cable Schedules and JB Schedules.
Prepare and review Instrument Datasheets, Hook-up Drawings and Loop Drawings.
Handle selection and engineering of Flow, Level and Pressure Instruments.
Work on process analyzers such as pH, Conductivity, Turbidity and ORP.
Perform Control Valve Selection and Sizing.
Coordinate PLC/DCS/SCADA and control system engineering activities.
Conduct Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and review vendor documents.
Coordinate with Process, Electrical, Mechanical and other engineering teams.




Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning.

Candidates with experience in WTP, STP, ETP, Wastewater Treatment or Process Plant projects will be preferred.

Note: Candidates with only Maintenance, Calibration, Panel Building or Commissioning experience will not be preferred.
