Responsibilities
Design scalable full-stack solutions with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and ReactJS
Lead delivery of user stories across estimation, implementation, and deployment activities
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Create technical documentation and artifacts that support solution design and ongoing development
Mentor and guide engineers across the software development lifecycle to ensure quality delivery
Apply AI-native practices within the software development lifecycle to improve outcomes
Implement agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools
Develop and maintain backend systems, including SQL-based data solutions on Microsoft SQL Server




Utilize Microsoft Azure Functions and Durable Functions to deliver cloud-based solutions

Requirements
Seasoned full-stack experience (9+ years) using .NET, Microsoft Azure, and React
Robust backend development foundation, including SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
Demonstrated strength in solution architecture, system design, and planning
Proven leadership experience with effective stakeholder communication during the development process
Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Functions and Durable Functions
Knowledge of AI SDLC practices and how to apply them to delivery workflows
Understanding of agentic solution implementation using Microsoft tools

Nice to have
Knowledge of the Insurance value chain from submission to policy issuance, including quoting and binding
Familiarity with specialty Excess products such as Excess Casualty, Qualified Liability, Medical Liability, Products, and Contractors
Background in Actuarial reserving
