Must-Have Qualifications

B.Tech or B.E. degree

85%+ marks in Class 10 and 12
Minimum 85% required; 90%+ preferred.
Pyramid Principle and deductive logic
Must write using Situation-Complication-Resolution frameworks.
Hard-tech knowledge beyond AI
Solid grasp of semiconductors,
batteries, EVs, and quantum mechanics.
Strict Red Flags & Disqualifiers
The following candidates will be rejected:
Commute over 40 minutes from Gurgaon
Candidates from Noida, North Delhi, or with 90+ minute commutes are rejected. Relocations from other cities are welcome.
Forgot engineering fundamentals
Candidates who cannot actively discuss core physics, math, or engineering concepts are rejected.
Career breaks for government or job exams
Aspirants who paused work to prepare for UPSC, IAS, or state exams are disqualified.
Job exits citing family issues
Departures or career stops attributed to personal or family problems are an absolute dealbreaker.
Breaks for startups or education are welcome
Time away from standard employment is only accepted if spent building a company or pursuing a degree.
