We are looking for a talented Marketing Personnel to undertake marketing projects for the advantage of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company's success according to trends and customer requirements.

Role description:

•Develop productive and intuitive marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and

external agencies to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Gradstar's goals.

•Sales/ Marketing of Education Services. Liasoning with relevant colleges/ institutes. Creating brand/ product awareness across all segments and actively taking part in local promotions.

•Visiting colleges, Vocational Institutes, Fairs, Seminars & Exhibitions.

•Maintain skilled knowledge by attending organisation training, establishing personal networks

•Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures





•Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

•Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

•Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

•Monitor and analyse market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize engagement and reach.

•Collaborate with graphic designers, web developers, and other creative professionals to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

•Create and maintain a calendar for all marketing efforts initiatives.

Requirements and skills

•Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role

•A minimum of 5 years experience

•Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
