Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage route-wise bus fares and pricing across different services.

• Analyze seat occupancy, booking trends and demand to recommend appropriate pricing.

• Track competitor fares and market pricing across major routes.

• Develop pricing strategies for peak season, weekends, holidays and low-demand periods.

• Work closely with the Sales, OTA, Operations and Marketing teams to maximize revenue.

• Monitor online ticket inventory, booking patterns and fare changes.

• Identify routes/services where pricing adjustments can improve occupancy and revenue.

• Prepare daily/weekly pricing, sales and revenue performance reports.

• Analyze historical sales data to identify demand patterns and pricing prospects.

• Support promotional pricing, discounts and special offers while maintaining profitability.

• Track the performance of different fares, routes and campaigns.

• Coordinate with OTA partners and internal teams regarding fare and inventory updates.

• Maintain accurate pricing databases and MIS reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Provide recommendations to management on pricing, sales and revenue improvement.
