The Role

We are looking for a Video Editor with technical precision and a genuine sense of visual storytelling. You will edit content spanning master artist profiles, workshop reels, product showcases, and brand campaigns. If you have an eye for art, a feel for pacing, and know what makes someone stop scrolling, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, and digital campaigns — raw footage to final export
Cut Reels, artist story videos, workshop highlights, and product showcases that are visually compelling and platform-optimised
Colour grade to capture the richness and authenticity of Indian folk and tribal art
Edit audio — balancing music, voiceovers, ambient sound, and effects
Create motion graphics, lower thirds,



and title cards in After Effects
Work with the creative team to turn briefs into robust visual narratives, on time
Keep project files, footage, and assets organised for easy handoffs
QC every cut — transitions, audio levels, pacing, and export specs — before publishing

What We're Looking For
Solid storytelling and cinematic sense — shot composition, pacing, and timing
Sharp eye for colour grading, especially vivid, culturally rich palettes
Solid audio editing skills
Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve a plus
Good time management and organisation across multiple projects
Creative problem-solving under deadline

Nice to Have
Experience editing for an art, culture, travel, or lifestyle brand.
Motion graphics or animation skills beyond standard templates.
Willingness to assist with on-location shoots when needed.
