About the Role nWe are looking for experienced and passionate Medical Coding Trainers to join our growing training team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities n

Deliver high-quality training sessions in Medical Coding (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS)n
Train freshers and entry-level candidates across multiple specialties such as:n
Radiology & Interventional Radiologyn
Surgery (Multi-specialty)n




E/M & ED Codingn
HCC / Risk Adjustment Codingn
Anesthesian
Medicinen
Develop and deliver structured training modules, presentations, and practical exercisesn
Conduct assessments, mock tests, and provide detailed feedback to traineesn
Guide students on real-time coding scenarios and industry best practicesn
Ensure students understand coding guidelines (AMA, CMS, NCCI, OGCR)n
Support trainees in interview preparation and job readinessn
Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reportsn
Collaborate with management to continuously improve training contentn

Required Qualifications n
n
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Medical Coding n
Robust knowledge of:n
ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCSn
Medical terminology, anatomy, and physiologyn
Coding guidelines (CMS, AMA, NCCI edits, LCDs)n
Certification preferred: CPC / CRC / CCS / RCC n
Experience in multip
