Responsibilities:
Source and onboard new channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
Develop and maintain robust partner relationships.
Generate leads and drive sales through channel partners.
Conduct project presentations and partner meetings.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
Achieve monthly sourcing and sales targets.
Expand the company’s channel partner network.
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in real estate sales/channel sales.
Solid network of brokers and channel partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Solid knowledge of the local real estate market.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
