Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Business Development Executive – Polymers, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for current business development, lead generation, customer acquisition, and account management across the polymer industry. The role will involve handling a broad range of polymer products, including LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PPCP, PET, rPP, rPET, rHDPE, rLDPE, rLLDPE, PP Regrinds, PET Lumps, and other virgin, recycled, and secondary polymer materials.

The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust business relationships with clients, understanding their material and application requirements, identifying current market opportunities,



and effectively communicating the value and suitability of our polymer products. Daily responsibilities will include managing sales pipelines, generating and following up on leads, developing new customer accounts, coordinating commercial discussions, negotiating prices and contracts, monitoring market trends and polymer pricing, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The role requires a strong understanding of polymer grades, applications, quality parameters, pricing, and market dynamics, along with the ability to identify suitable materials for customer requirements and develop long-term B2B business relationships.

Qualifications
Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Robust skills in Account Management and Business Relationship Building
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work in office and drive sales targets effectively
Experience in the recycling or plastics industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
