Major Responsibilities
Carrying out skilled patent searches and analyses in an international setting, e.g. in WO-, EP-, US-, CN-databases.
Advising particularly inventors, research & development functions about the technological state of the art.
Recording of technical facts and formulation of technical summaries.
Support in patent application and grant proceedings as well as opposition proceedings
Monitoring and assessment of competitors.
Continuous development of existing patent services and development of new services.

Requirement Profile

Formal education: BE or master's in mechanical / Electro-mechanical Engineering

Professional experience: > 3 years
