Salary: ₹30–35k per month
Job Responsibilities
Manage cost accounting, costing, budgeting and financial analysis for manufacturing operations.
Prepare and analyze product costing, standard costing and variance reports.
Monitor raw material, production, labour and overhead costs.
Analyze manufacturing costs and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
Prepare MIS reports, cost sheets, profitability analysis and management reports.
Handle inventory valuation, stock reconciliation and consumption analysis.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Finance teams for accurate costing.
Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly/annual financial planning.
Ensure proper accounting of manufacturing expenses and maintain accurate cost records.
Assist in internal/external audits, statutory compliance and financial reporting.
Identify cost variances and provide actionable insights to management.
