The role will manage the end-to-end execution of different strategic and operational projects for Deluxen
The role will manage the governance of projects with key stakeholdersn
The role will create the project plan with milestones, will identify and flag key risks and unblock the bottlenecksn




The role requires experience in working in a cross functional setting and driving global projectsn

n Outcomes and Accomplishments
nAs a Program manager, you will:
n
n
The role will plan, program-manage, and drive the implementation of multiple medium to large scale projects, within Bangalore and across different geographiesn
The projects can span across different domains like Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Facilities etc.n
Ensure adherence to the project plan and its timelinesn
Liaise with business lines and functions (Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) to meet different project deliverablesn
Track project implementation, risks and concerns and publish periodic status updates and reportsn
Drive the project governance meetings with internal and global stakeholdersn
Other duties as identified and assigned.n
