We are looking for an IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in recruiting IT professionals for Canada and/or US markets. Candidates with Implementation Client experience will be preferred.
Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Recruitment.
Canada/US IT Recruitment experience preferred.
Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, QA, and other IT skill sets.
Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets in a quick-paced setting.
Implementation client experience is highly preferred.
Freshers with an IT/Computer Science background may also be considered.
