Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat (primarily voice process)
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively
Maintain a skilled and empathetic approach while interacting with customers
Meet quality and productivity benchmarks
Document customer interactions in the system
Positive communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Basic computer knowledge
