Hiring Tele Marketing & Lead Generation Executive for Digital Marketing Agency

Pink Shadow Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to drive both domestic and international client acquisition for our digital marketing and web solutions services.

Job Location: Bardhaman (In office)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through online research and databases
Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and outreach campaigns
Bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour
Understand client requirements and prepare initial communication
Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
Maintain lead pipeline and follow-ups
Support international lead generation initiatives

Required Skills:
Solid communication skills (English is mandatory)
Basic understanding of digital marketing & web services
Knowledge of freelancing platforms and bidding
Proactive, target-driven mindset

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong communication can apply)

Salary: INR 12,000 to 25,000 per month + Incentive

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
